Full Board Rates Include
- Accommodation in our Luxury Bush Villa or Luxury Familly Villa
- All meals daily (excluding Kosher meals)
- Welcome drinks, coffees, teas and fruit juices at meal times
- Two game drives per day and selected drinks (from 06h00 and from 16h00 – season dependant) in our open game viewers with a highly qualified game ranger
- Children under 5 years are not able to go on game drives for safety reasons. – Kindly note that we do not offer any babysitting services.
- Complimentary road transfer from the Madikwe western airstrip to the lodge
- Daily Housekeeping
- 15% VAT

- All beverages other than stated above as included (Please note that we are a licenced establishment who sells alcoholic drinks from our bar and we request that no alcohol be brought onto the premises)
- Gate entry or fly-in fees & Conservation levies
- Airstrip landing fees
As from 15 April 2024:
- Conservation levies (rates are subject to change without prior notice and controlled by the North West Parks Board – please state this on your client’s travel documents accordingly)
- International Rates – R450 per person per night and R225 per child under 12 years per night
- SADC Rates – R225 per person per night and R115 per child under 12 years per night
- Any other items of personal nature
